Roles & Responsibilites
- Daily handling of financial counseling, doctors’ fees, billing and collections, LOG & management of Medisave/Medishield/Private/Corporate Insurance claims submission
- Provide accurate information to policyholders/intermediaries/clients in relation to their policies and coverage
- Process outpatient and inpatient claims submissions with high accuracy
- Address inquiries via email/phone and any other channels, ensuring all correspondences via calls and emails are properly documented to comply with auditing purposes
- Clinic Management and all other stakeholders to ensure seamless co-ordination
- Perform any other duties as assigned by his/her Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing Business Office in the healthcare setting with strong knowledge of healthcare policies, health insurance & claims, patient billing & client services, receivables
- Market insights on government and private insurance claims/schemes would be highly advantageous
- Strong communication and good relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and numerical analysis
- Able to work well independently and in teams
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30, Sat 8.30-12.30
