Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
- Drive day-to-day sales and support of Uniworld key trade partners (travel agencies/airlines), sponsors, and corporate clients to provide incremental sales growth in Singapore and other region.
- Providing sales solutions through formulating and developing tailored proposals and, where appropriate, to manage the negotiation process and close terms and deals.
- Help identify business development opportunities with existing key partners (both B2B and B2C) and approach potential new partners (both B2B and B2C) with business proposals and solutions.
- Provide product and sales training to travel agency consultants and product teams.
- Outline monthly and annual sales target and strategy planning with key trade partners to drive sales.
- Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including agent feedback and in-market competition report.
- Handling manpower and logistic arrangements for all travel expo, roadshows, travel fairs and exhibitions, including brochure supply and distribution. Also, must be able to work during all travel fairs/roadshows, including weekends and public holidays.
- Support and assist Managing Director - Cruises to manage, co-ordinate and execute all business requirements.

Skills and Competencies
- Preferred with experience working within Hospitality/Travel Industry.
- Proven successful track record for growing sales, market share and active account base in a competitive market.
- Presentation Skills - able to deliver effective presentations; engage as a credible leader and an authority in the premium travel space.
- A collaborative and energetic team player with strong influencing skills.
- A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, able to work quickly and confidently in the absence of established procedures and protocols.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with a strong drive for results and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Computer: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Photoshop.
- Fluency in CRM tools like SalesForce.com is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level personal organization and time management Skills.
- Able to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
