Storekeeper

Efficient Motor & Engineering Works Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Received goods with inventory
  • Update PCOM databases with order details
  • Check stock inventory; liaise with the account
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Prepare Supplier invoice do PO, and e-sign to account
  • Issue parts require to workshop mechanics
  • Update all purchase invoice in PCOM
  • Upkeep of stock inventory/Check stock inventory
  • Inspecting purchased product parts to ensure they arrive in good condition upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
  • Updating all records of purchased products into PCOM
  • Monitor tire and battery usage on vehicles and mileage done.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning
  • Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
  • Working Location : 37 Loyang Way
