All standard duties related to a PA position including personal life, family members and foreign domestic helpers as:
• Responsibility for calendaring and scheduling appointments.
• Co-ordinate and set up the arrangement for the meeting.
• Managing and responding to emails, phone enquiries and other
• correspondence.
• Organize travel arrangement, itinerary, accommodation, airport and ground transfers.
• Assist CEO in administration / confidential work / expenses claim.
• Arrange activities, dinner or events
• Researching
• Drafting communications, plans and documents.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO or the Management.
• Personal Vehicle related matters (Road Tax, Insurance, Season Parking).
• Answering incoming phone calls with courtesy and directing them to the relevant departments and personnel.
• Attending to walk-in visitors.
• Meeting Room Reservation
• Cleanliness of Meeting Room including clear cups / plates after each meeting is done.
• Cleanliness of Common area.
