Operation Executive

Job Description:

1. Assist and source external vendor to set up new clinic if required (local / overseas).
2. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget & with a determined level of quality.
3. Work closely with clinic teams on new service processes and set up IT code for billing.
4. Engage with recruitment and staff readiness to support new services e.g. Drs accreditation.
5. Involve budgeting, accounting and cashflow management.
6. Work with stakeholders on service marketing and launch including collaterals and media publications.
7. Review and analyse service patterns.
8. Assist in planning & coordinating briefing/audit/training activities to support new service.
9. Propose and execute initiatives to help improve service quality.
10. Maintain leasing , contract and licensing agreements or renewal.
11. Coordinate with overseas referral agents for patient concierge services.
12. Identify new referral sources and engage partners to help increase Curie overseas presence.
13. Participate in marketing campaigns, including the creation of promotional materials, website content, and community.

Requirements:

1. Valid Class 2 / 3 driving licence would be an advantage;
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operation will be advantage
3. Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business or equivalent;
