ICT Support Coordinator (Licensing and Non-Technical Query Management)
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm (Hybrid + Flexible)
Remuneration Package: Basic + AWS
Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support to handle users queries on Whole-of-Government contracts.
- Provide administrative support for assigned projects.
- Generate dashboard reports to update management on weekly statistics and analyse the causes.
- Compile and collate reports from various sources that includes numerous suppliers and agencies' users.
- Cleansing of compiled data and support the reconciliation of data from various sources (system and manual reports) such as IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, survey forms, manual spreadsheet submissions from emails.
- Support evaluation of tenders.
- Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies’ queries, and analyse the returns submitted by Government agencies.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma Holder
- Min 3 years of experience in administration
- Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, good to know pivot table)
- Preferably have working experience in the government sector
