Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our consulting and financial services. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product knowledge, and contributing to the growth of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients in the Corporate World.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand clients' needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate our consulting and financial services to clients both in person and through virtual presentations.
- Collaborate with the Business Consulting team to develop effective strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to understand and articulate complex product features.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with business and finance and its dynamics is a plus.
- Banking background will be preferred
- At least a diploma in finance and banking
