This will be a permanent position based in Toa Payoh.
Scope of Work
- responsible for installation, upgrade, and maintenance jobs.
- allocation of engineer resources
- reporting of completed and planned installations and preventive maintenance and remote health check and repairs
- responsible for safety and quality control
- report/escalate issues to line manager
- plan remote health checks and preventive maintenance
- secure PO for the job
- ensure documentation is updated by engineers
- ensure installation/upgrade/preventive maintenance/remote health checks target
- keep project documents up to date
- provide regular reporting
- maintain PULSE and SAP and ServiceNow
- improve project process and work flow
- ensure successful project delivery
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- 3 years of technical experience in project coordination/management or tech support (service delivery/installation/maintenance) Telecommunication/Satellite/Maritime industries.
- Ability to speak and write Japanese will be a advantageous
- On-call duties on weekend with on-call allowance
