Responsibilities:
- You will lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve. production targets and quality goals.
- Ensure safety practices and compliance with ISO, HACCP requirements.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety at the workplace.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Technology / A / O level
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 5.5 days work week
- Able to work rotating shifts
