Job Description:
- Overseeing Daily Store Operations: The position entails the day-to-day management of the store, requiring sound decision-making to uphold operational standards. Collaboration with managers and team members is essential to guide the store's direction.
- Ensuring Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Efficiency: The incumbent is accountable for the seamless operation of services with a focus on safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency. This involves monitoring food safety, enforcing procedures, and maintaining facilities and equipment to ensure the well-being of both employees and guests. Sustaining cleanliness from pre-shift preparations to post-shift clean-ups is paramount. Upholding our brand's quality standards in food preparation and cooking processes is critical, along with leading the team to adapt promptly for optimal customer service.
- Team Development: Responsibilities extend to the development of each team member. This includes crafting comprehensive training schedules with personalized coaching, recruiting new talent as required, and guiding employees through our training manual, from initial orientation to acquiring necessary certifications.
- Management of Support Functions: To guarantee smooth operations and financial health, the role encompasses the management of various support functions, including Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and P&L (Profit and Loss). This involves regular stock counts, vendor order placements, and employee scheduling based on business needs.
Working Day: 5 days work
Working Hours: 9hours work per day + 1 hour rest
Work location: Central, West & East
