Mandatory to have wealth domain experience
Business Analysts will often lead design work streams or teams
Strong BA experience and consultative skills. Not technology focused, more business focused
Good communication skills. Digital and Agile experience a must
Domain: Wealth domain experience
• Mostly going to work on producing the integration specs between two or more applications.
• Understanding knowledge of file formats and interfaces
• Having knowledge of Payments and lending settlement process is good (any BA who worked on cards system can help here)
• Understanding business functionality flows of various systems
• Finance supply chain knowledge is an added advantage
• having understanding of mapping source and target procedures would be good.
• To also validate the outcome based on the requirements
• Good to have API and XML knowledge.
