HR & Admin Executive (Construction, Workers Portfolio)

Job Description

  • Report to HR Manager, support the building of capabilities of company staff by looking after the professional development via internal and external training
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from preboarding to offboarding as well as provide solutions where needed and to carry out strategic development plans for talent management
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring Partner/Manager to ensure the right resources are in place
  • Run various regular and ad-hoc reports for monthly HR reporting
  • Support annual HR deliverables on performance management, annual increment, claims management and etc
  • Participates and assists with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives and programs


Job Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Eye for details, meticulous, good organisation skills
  • Other pre-requisites are self-starter, excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude
