Job Description
- Report to HR Manager, support the building of capabilities of company staff by looking after the professional development via internal and external training
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from preboarding to offboarding as well as provide solutions where needed and to carry out strategic development plans for talent management
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring Partner/Manager to ensure the right resources are in place
- Run various regular and ad-hoc reports for monthly HR reporting
- Support annual HR deliverables on performance management, annual increment, claims management and etc
- Participates and assists with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives and programs
Job Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Eye for details, meticulous, good organisation skills
- Other pre-requisites are self-starter, excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude
