Job Summary:
Logistics company is looking for Shipping Management Executives to assist in their daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting Business Development Managers in their Sales
- Providing RFQ
- Shipping co-ordination of AIR/SEA/Cross Border /3RD PARTY shipments
- Billing advises and recoveries
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration
- Fluent in Chinese to liaise with foreign stakeholders and counterparts
- Working location: Changi, Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am-6.18pm (Working hours can be adjusted accordingly)
- Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
