My client is an established supplier in the construction industry of over 40 years, with presence in Singapore and Indonesia, working with distinguished developers to supply gondolas for their construction projects.
THE ROLE
Identifying and creating new business opportunities in project bidding. Assist in market research, strategy development, lead generation, relationship building, and proposal development.
1. Identify and contact potential client through various channels.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influences.
3. Meeting with clients to understand their needs and respond effectively
4. Prepare necessary proposal and costing
5. Meeting monthly, quarterly sales target or forecast.
6. Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
7. Preparation and presentation of drawings, specification to client.
8. Prepare project list on weekly basis, maintaining accurate records.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business development efforts.
10. Monitor Industry news and developments to stay up to date on potential opportunities.
11. Any other ad hoc task assigned by management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a business, sales, marketing, or relevant field
2. Ability to read CAD drawings is an advantage
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication
5. A team player with excellent following-up until closure.
6. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Tools
7. Great Networking Skills
