Key Responsibilities:
- Able to produce designs based on concept given by the Project Architect
- Able to interpret conceptual drawings into detail drawings
- Able to do construction drawings as per design directives
- Able to conduct site inspection and design briefing
- Able to liaise with consultants and suppliers
- Diploma / Bachelor in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering
- Preferably 3-4years relevant experience
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator, M. Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) SketchUp
- Tender and construction documentation skills are essential
Requirements
- The position requires a preferably degree /diploma in interior architecture
- and at least 5/8 years of working experience especially in commercial and hospitality projects.
- Necessary skills includes expert knowledge in interior and architecture detailing and extensive knowledge of 3D software, eg V-Ray,3D Max/3D viz.
- Performance orientated team player with consistent enthusiasm and commitment to deliver result
- Minimum 5 in experience in corporate & hospitality interior design/construction industry and with excellent presentation skills
- Proven design creative, strong design documentation and knowledge in design economic , material and finishes
- Able to handle project independently, Able to coomunicate in Chinese speaking customer
