- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries.
- Offer precise and comprehensive details about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints empathetically, using problem-solving skills.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the database.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude while following company policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
- Possess initiative to respond to customer’s needs with a commitment towards service excellence
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
- Working Location: Kallang Sector
- Working hours: 08.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) and Alternate Saturday 08.00am – 1.00pm
- Up to $2700 + 3 months bonus per year
