Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview and assessment process to ensure candidates meets employer requirements.
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex search to find and engage key talents of all levels.
- -Sourcing for candidates through a variety of job portals.
- Post job description on internal and external career site and social media.
- Responsible for arranging interviews with hiring managers, and to conduct first level of screening and assessment of potential candidates.
- Building relationship with both internal and external stakeholders on talent related matters.
- Handle all internal and external recruitment-related queries on a timely basis.

Job Requirement
- Min Diploma in Human resource/ Business Management/ Psychology or related.
- Relevant working experience in market development and human resource.
- Familiar with Singapore job market and regulations.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple task effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries ( CEI ) will be advantage
