Job Descriptions
- Client Consultation:Meet with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs and goals.
Provide detailed information about international schools, curriculum options, and admission requirements. - School Selection:Assess students' academic abilities and interests to recommend suitable international schools.
Assist in the selection of primary and secondary schools that align with students' aspirations. - Admission Guidance:Guide students through the application and admission process.
Assist in completing application forms, preparing required documents, and adhering to deadlines. - Counseling and Support:Offer emotional support to students and families throughout the application journey.
Address concerns and challenges that may arise. - Stay Informed:Stay updated on international school trends, curriculum changes, and admission policies.
Attend relevant workshops and conferences. - Documentation:Maintain accurate records of student applications, acceptances, and admissions.
Ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork. - Reporting:Prepare regular reports on student progress and success stories.
- Campus tour: Arrange campus tour for prospective students, their families, or anyone interested in exploring the facilities and offerings of an educational institution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in education consultancy, particularly with international school admissions.
- Excellent knowledge of international school systems, curricula, and admission procedures.
- Good in sales skills / communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and supportive approach to working with students and families.
- Ability to stay updated on education trends and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficiency in languages commonly used in international schools (e.g., English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese client).
