Job Overview:
Our fast-growing consumer electronics company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker who has a passion for optimizing campaigns and mentoring a team. This person will be responsible for driving our performance marketing strategy to reach out to consumers and achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own all activities across performance marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Search & Display Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads, and more.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers to execute campaigns and achieve KPIs
- Analyze campaign data and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in ad platforms to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other teams (such as Creative, Product, and Analytics) to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics regularly to internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external partners (such as ad agencies or vendors) as needed
- Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation roadmap to continuously improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure marketing goals align with the company's overall objectives
- Work closely with Content Strategist and play an influencing role in Ad creation process
- Ensure campaigns and platforms setups are according to best practices relevant to the business
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing campaigns and achieving KPIs
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of performance marketers
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in using ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
- Ability to think strategically and proactively identify optimization tactics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A keen eye for creative and media assets
