Head of User Experience (UX)

Ipsos Pte. Ltd.

In this role, you will lead the development and growth of Ipsos Singapore’s UX research practice in Singapore. This will involve collaboration with other senior leaders at Ipsos Singapore to create opportunities for UX with new and existing clients. In this role, you will help the company add more value, for more clients and at the same time expand the team of UX experts to continually develop and deliver our offer.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the UX business to deliver growth and strong commercial performance through collaboration with other business units in Ipsos Singapore and by leveraging your existing networks.
  • Share your vision for UX with the team and support your senior managers to lead and develop the talent in the team.
  • Develop and implement marketing, business development, and client development strategies
  • Create powerful proposals and pitches for our clients, always innovating and surprising them with what we can do. As the face of UX at Ipsos Singapore, your personal capital and influence will be important.
  • Build strong relationships across our business and with clients and inspire with Thought Leadership and innovation to deliver excellence in everything we do.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCES

  • 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in professional services (market research, consulting, agency, client).
  • Strong knowledge of UX, Design Thinking methodologies workshopping skills and experience in innovating the UX offer for your clients.
  • Strong reputation in the industry and experience in marketing and leading a UX function.
  • Proven leadership skills, including strategic planning and delivery experience, and a track record of business development and commercial successes.
  • Degree in a business-related field.
