Job Duties:
- Perform general personal & secretarial duties
- Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
- Main point of contact for various vendors such as service providers and office management
- Be updated of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales targets are met
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- No need experience
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
- Resourceful with strong organisational and co-ordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
