Senior Technical Manager (Snr Drafter)
Working days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary: $5500 - $6500

Job Summary
Responsible for leading technical team and setting up and improving drafting standards for the company
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead project technical officer for ongoing and new projects
- Manage documentation, tendering, authority submission
- Manage construction phase drawing/BIM updates
- Manage project completion and closure - TOP, CSC, authority submission, site inspections, as-built
- Manage people and organisational functions
- Conduct site inspections and liaise with authority independently
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience
- Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent
- Knowledge in Regulatory Requirements
- Intermediate BIM modelling (Revit for authority submission)
- Knowledge in Technical Detailing
