Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the entire annual report and sustainability report production process, including engagement of external consultants, managing various internal departments to provide required information for the reports
- Assist in the quarterly and yearly results announcements, such as investor presentation, press release, FAQ, management script, and relevant follow-ups
- Curate content to enhance the Company’s profiling through media releases, announcements, corporate website, social media platforms and other communication materials
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as research analysts, investment community, as well as media
- Organise and plan investor outreach including results briefings and site tours, conferences roadshows, and networking events
- Assist in sustainability reporting and initiatives such as GRESB etc
- Monitor industry news and provide market intelligence to Management
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in investor relations with a listed company preferably in REIT or real estate
- Excellent analytical ability, strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively
- Driven, self-motivated and a good team player
