- Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Location: Singapore Poly
- Salary: S$2,100.00 (no experience required)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and create short course runs in a training management system
- Book classroom and trainer and update information in the training management system
- Create classes for Academic Programme in the training management system
- Format timetables from schools and upload to the training management system
- Verify and check the timetable
- Prepare and create assessment runs in the training management system
- Book assessment venue and invigilator
- Publish course runs on the website
- Prepare logistics for confirmed runs
- Inform the trainer, school and PA of confirmed runs
- Confirm trainer appointment
- Send refreshment order to the vendor
- Book air-conditioner (if required)
- Cancel class or assessment and update the status in the training management system
- Cancel classroom, trainer/invigilator and registered learners of cancellation
- Prepare and compile monthly reports on course and programme runs
REQUIREMENT
- ITE Certificate holder or higher or with relevant working experience.
- Have good English proficiency.
- Good Communication skills are required to liaise closely with Trainers.
- Possesses basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.
- Team player.
