Education and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science, Botany, Horticulture or related fields of study
- Post qualification experience, in the agriculture sector of 3 years or more would be preferred

This role entails overall management of the farm’s operations, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing the development and construction of the farm infrastructure, including coordination with relevant contractors and government agencies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production & operational targets
- Manage all operational attributes from production planning, harvest scheduling, inventory & supply management, quality management, pest management, logistics etc.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of maintenance works for the farm
- Plan, craft and enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Develop monthly reports on production values and input costs
- Ensure appropriate staffing across various farm activities
- Continually provide feedback and plan improvements to the farm growing systems
- Actively participate in community and employee engagement
- Cultivate an inclusive, fun, and harmonious work environment
