Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support at Site Office such as typing, sorting, printing of documents
- Handle incoming calls and attend to homeowners’ enquiries
- Data entry and compilation of information for reports
- Organise and file documents in shared folder
- Liaise with Head Office on payment of invoices
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’/ ‘O’ level
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative support
- Good interpersonal communication & customer service skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision
