- Co-lead in the crafting and review of organisation's strategic direction
- Plan and organise annual management strategy meeting
- Co-lead in the annual work plan and budget exercise
- Evaluate new project submissions across the organisation to ensure they are aligned with corporate direction, provide advices, and monitor the progress
- Lead in the setting & review of annual Corporate KPIs
- Oversee Corporate KPI performance
- Identify risks and work with respective stakeholders on timely intervention
Project Management
- Drive strategic projects project scoping, getting buy-in from key stakeholders, budgeting, facilitation, implementation, review, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
