Job Description

  • Permanent Position
  • 5.5 Days work week (9am – 6pm) [May require to work on weekends when necessary]
  • Loyang Crescent (may be required to be stationed at site office around Singapore CBD area or island wide)
  • Salary depending on working experience + Performance Bonus (Please state expected monthly salary)


Responsibilities:


Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.

Liaising with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects.

Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.

Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and writing up reports.

Using CAD software to draft designs.

Analyzing and approving various construction and engineering plans.

Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment.

Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.

Keeping abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering.


Requirements:


1. Minimum 5 years working experience working on high-end renovation projects.

2. BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

3. Experience in project management.

4. Experience with CAD software and MS Office.

5. A sound understanding of health and safety regulations.

6. A valid driver's license. (If required)

7. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Working OT and weekends to meet tight project schedule is expected.

8. Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.

9. Ability to work in a team and remain professional at all times.

10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
