Who we are looking for look for

You have excellent people skills and enjoys interacting with people, is patient, polite, optimistic, and works well both independently and in team.


A fast and keen learner, you are resourceful, has good problem-solving skills and initiative, works flexibly and receptive to feedback, and constantly looks for ways to value-add to the team.


Your responsibilities include

  • Explain our programmes clearly to prospective parents at the front desk, through phone and email
  • Follow up with prospective parents after trial lesson for enrolment
  • Build strong relationship with parents, manage requests and arrange trial and replacement lessons
  • Monitor billing and fee collections, complete day-end closing and month-end reporting
  • Update facebook and instagram
  • Ensure front desk and reception area are clean at all time
  • Assist in taking children's temperature, hand sanistising, take them to classroom and help with class dissmisal
  • Support Chief Executive office in management functions such as marketing or other administrative task


Qualifications & skills

  • Possesses at least Diploma in any field
  • No work experience required for entry-level candidates
  • Experience with customer service and social media marketing will be a plus
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin (strong proficiency in written and spoken English, able to converse in mandarin so as to communicate with mandarin-speaking parents)
  • Friendly demeanour and likes children, patient, responsible
  • Comfortable with using email and in-house IT software
  • Neat and organised
  • Willing to learn new things and best practices


Working hours & benefits

  • 5-day work week including both Saturday and Sunday. Mondays, Tuesdays and public holidays are off days
  • Part-time arrangement: Wed to Fri (afternoon half day) and Sat and Sun (full day)
