Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support relating to the maintenance of the app, software and technological system
- Provide user support (e.g. help the end-user understand how to use the application or system and help resolve any issues)
- Develop and maintain applications as and when needed
- Review plan and testing of disaster data recovery program
- Implement new software / program for systems and applications or perform changes according to the installation procedures provided by the vendor after testing
- Assist to monitor that policies and standards are compliant
- Coordinate Service Request logged by users, investigate or analyse the Service Request upon receipt to identify issues and liaise with Business User on Requirement Gathering
- Perform System Integration Test (SIT) and conduct first level User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Assist in annual exercise for Penetration Test
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min Diploma Holder in IT related field
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in Application support functions
