Job Responsibilities:
- Complete relevant documentation accurately, including invoices, payment and other official papers.
- Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met.
- Monitor and ensure timely ordering and delivery of special parts or back-ordered parts.
- Ensure parts availability for Workshop.
- Inspect all new arrival of parts, allocate / assigned them accordingly.
- Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required.
- Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring the warehouse and common areas are kept clean and are in order.
- Review and submit bi-monthly parts replenishment report.
- Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possesses Class 2/Class 3 licence
- Preferably from automotive industry
- Able to work 5.5 days’ workweek
