StarMed is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. We are now looking for a call centre officer to manage our centre general hotline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attending to general inquiries from, phone calls, WhatsApp & emails
- Work closely with inter-department for any relating matters
- Preparation of documents and reports when required
- Performing administrative duties and any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette
- Good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task; a self-starter to learn new things/ skills
- Relevant experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service industry will be advantageous
Work week:
- Office hours. 5.5 work day week. Monday to Friday. Saturday half day
