Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients with applications for benefits and entitlement programs
- Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
- Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
- Assist clients with living independently in their own homes
- Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track clients’ service records
- Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
- Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
Requirement and Skills
• Prior working experience in multi-national company collaborating with stakeholders from different countries.
• Possess strong and assertive verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Creative ability to devise communication strategies with IT, especially web media and video means of communication.
• Good and collaborative attitude to work as a professional in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Solid problem-solving and time-management abilities.
