Responsibilites:
- Oversee a group of multitalented individuals from various organisations, cultures, and geographic areas.
- Work at a strategic level to create and oversee the portfolio's budget, deliverables, milestones, and timelines to make sure all contractual commitments are fulfilled, and portfolio benefits are quantified.
- Provide technical solutions with several towers to enterprise customer estates.
- Develop programme plans and schedules utilising tasks, dependencies, and timeframes to facilitate and monitor milestone delivery.
- Lead programme review boards for both operations and strategy and carry out programme governance.
- Manage the programme budget through regular finance tracking.
- Provide high level programme reports to key stakeholders.
- Record programme data in a central system
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Close programmes and record lessons to promote resilience and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant field; a master's degree and technology background are preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in program or project management, especially in the autonomous vehicle industry.
- Strong contract negotiation skills and an understanding of legal aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; both spoken & business writing (to liaise with Chinese counterparts)
- Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology and industry trends.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work outside regular office operating hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
