Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening and assessments, and develop case plans and to meet children’s developmental needs
- Provide interventions to enhance caregivers’ capability and capacity to improve child’s lifelong outcomes
- Work closely with partners/stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote positive child outcomes
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to a team of 4 case workers
- Coach and build capability of a team of 4 case workers
- Convene case conferences, where necessary, and coordinate support for children and their families at a systemic and case level
Requirements
- Masters in Counselling/ Clinical Psychology.
- At least 4-6 years’ experience in social service sector/ government ministries/ healthcare settings or early childhood development with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and resourceful
- Passionate about working with children and families with an interest in early childhood development.
