Job Description
- Design the electrical system for process plant (water/wastewater treatment plant, incineration plant, etc.) and coordination with other disciplines for the design work
- Review project specifications, technical proposal/design documentations from the electrical subcontractor/supplier and liaise with project consultant / client for the approval of technical documentations/drawings.
- Support electrical system related procurement work, develop cost estimates for electrical products and electrical works, and prepare the schedule for electrical works.
- Project coordination, ensure project is on schedule and is running smoothly, including handling technical matters at site, managing electrical subcontractor/supplier and working on site with clients and other stakeholders.
- Supervise installation and testing and commissioning of electrical system.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process plant electrical EPC work with Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Discipline. For Diploma holder, minimum 6 years of experience is required. For senior position, candidate must have at least 8 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems including motion, temperature measurement, PID Loop, Safety Interlock circuits, etc.
- Working knowledge of AC/DC Power Distribution Systems including selection of circuit breakers, power supplies, contractors, cable sizing, etc.
- Familiar with electrical design code of practice and standards in Singapore.
- Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D/Bentley is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to take on responsibility and make effort to meet project deadlines.

- Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines
