OB SCOPE
The service management team is responsible for the managing service levels and KPI for the team. Under limited supervision, the team assists in the case coordination, incident management and engagement with 3rd parties. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in incident management and case coordination and support the team to meet the SLA goals and KPI metrics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the service delivery team in managing resources, activities and budgets to meet the goals of the
business and clients while maintaining SLAs.
2. Prioritize, assign, and coordinate resolution of issues within client tools and in alignment with
defined procedures to ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Facilitate engagement with 3rd parties (Field Services, Circuit Vendors, OEMs)
4. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education
on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting,
and create models to improve business decisions
5. Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in service management, working in IT operations environment
6. Experience in Program Coordination, Case Coordination, Incident Coordination, Program & Project
Management, 3rd party coordination
7. Experience in working on any industry leading service management tools
8. Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
9. Performing SLA and KPI reporting, trend analysis, identify areas of improvement .
