Responsibilities
- Meeting Sales Goals
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers from enquiry to point of sales
- Perform cashiering duties where needed
- Manage cash and credit sales and collection
- Update pricing and product labelling
- Visual Merchandising and housekeeping of display products
- Manage after-sales service relating to replacements and repairs
Requirements
- Minimum ITE Nitec, GCE "N" / "O" level
- Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in retail sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
- Confident to use computer system and devices
