The purpose of this job is to be responsible for developing the Company’s product by continuous research activities and deep exposure to scientific data and best global practices in technology – on strategical and tactical levels.
Primary job duties will be:
1. Coordinate research and development of (nano-engineered) ultra high performance concrete products (UHPC) in the Company.
2. Manage the products/systems development from mix design to R&D to commercialization.
3. Manage the process of evaluation and optimization of construction materials e.g. cement, sand, supplementary contentious materials into various UHPC formulations.
4. Coordinate various laboratory tests related to concrete properties measurements (mechanical and durability testing etc.).
5. Support business development activities (technical, application sides, external communications). Be ambassador of the Company.
6. Coordinate UHPC team activities according to the business needs (project management).
7. Coordinate UHPC team and contribute to the development of the team.
8. Manage UHPC lab equipment and tools, participate in continuous laboratory improvement activities.
9. Reporting, project planning, troubleshooting.
10. Manage and perform UHPC mixing and/or casting activities on-site from time to time.
11. Implement testing standards and manage new in-house SOP preparation work.
