Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing, managing and evaluation of the daily operations in PRISM+. He/She also works with internal and external teams to ensure daily operations such as planning, execution, and reporting of deliveries and fleet operations of the ceiling fan delivery teams or TV/Monitor/RMA delivery teams
- Supervising and managing daily delivery fleet operations and drivers
- Assist with day-day logistics and warehousing activities
- Plan and allocate of manpower for daily deliveries
- Evaluating and reporting on delivery metrics and performance
- Develop strategies for efficient delivery workflow
- Coordination and communication with delivery drivers
- Planning and routing of daily delivery routes
- Maintenance of driver data including leaves, working hours, and vehicle operability
- Daily and monthly reporting of delivery performance and KPIs
- Inventory management and replenishment of equipment and tools for daily deliveries
- Vehicle matters including insurance/servicing/repairs and replacement of parts
- Ad-hoc duties including onsite set up, providing of training to new drivers, interviewing of candidates and office maintenance and cleanliness
Requirements
- Experience in supervising of delivery fleet and drivers
- Operational experience and management
- At least 1 year of experience in ceiling fan operations is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and tech savvy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations
