ICT Administrative Coordinator (Non-Technical | Licensing Expertise | Query Resolution)

Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Support:
- Provide efficient helpdesk support to address queries.
- Serve as a central point of contact for resolving issues and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
- Offer administrative assistance for assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Support project managers in coordinating activities and maintaining project documentation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive dashboard reports on a weekly basis to update management on key statistics and trends.
- Analyze data to identify causes behind reported issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
Data Compilation and Reconciliation:
- Compile and collate reports from various sources, including multiple suppliers and agencies' users.
- Cleanse compiled data and assist in the reconciliation of information from diverse sources, such as IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, survey forms, and manual spreadsheet submissions from emails.
Tender Evaluation Support:
- Provide support in the evaluation of tenders, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
System Poll Management:
- Manage annual system polls, responding to agencies' queries and analyzing returns submitted
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of poll-related information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in helpdesk support and administrative roles, preferably within a government or contractual setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with IT Service Management portals and procurement systems.
- Experience in generating and interpreting dashboard reports.
- Proficiency in data reconciliation and analysis.
- Knowledge of tender evaluation processes.
