Working : 5 days per week


Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper office filing & archiving system (soft & hard copies)
  • Follow up on Expense Approval process to ensure proper documentation and requisite approvals are in place.
  • Control workflow.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance.
  • Involved in business development and structure commercial agreements for renewable projects including pricing strategies and reviewing terms & conditions of contracts.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, and reports.
  • Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
