Our client is from Healthcare Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Packaging Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the South- transport provided.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize client demand based on monthly forecasts and address urgent requests beyond the projections by collaborating with vendors.
- Oversee artwork coordination with suppliers, propose materials to clients, and provide requested digital and physical mockups.
- Establish new item codes and maintain existing ones in SAP, ensuring systematic housekeeping for obsolete items in the MM system.
- Develop new Redressing Instructions (RI) for client approval, manage changes as requested, and create Bills of Material (BOM) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) upon RI approval.
- Manage efficient and timely communication between clients and suppliers for seamless workflow in artwork and material selection.
- Analyze monthly forecasts to strategize and address changing demands effectively.
- Ensure constant upkeep and accurate maintenance of item codes and related documentation in SAP.
- Identify and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency in artwork management and material coordination.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes and instructions.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any relavant field.
- Min 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain Industry.
- Experience in SAP is required.
