Staff Nurse (Dialysis) Job Description :
- Prepare equipment and patient for dialysis treatment.
- Perform nursing procedures such as cannulation.
- Educating and giving recommendation to patients to improve condition.
- Monitoring vital signs and ensuring safety of care through dialysis treatment process
- Ensure proper documentations of patient’s progress.
- Adhere to nursing and infection control guidelines and regulations
- Ensure treatment stations are tidied and sterilized according to guidelines and SOP.
- Other tasks assigned as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
- Prefer with relevant experience
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
