Job Description
· 5 days work week
· Direct reporting to MD
· Challenging Opportunities, handling few subsidiary
· Basic up to 4k + allowance + VB
· Flexible office location in East or West with travel allowances.
Key Responsibilities
· Report directly to the MD providing comprehensive work support.
· Responsible to assist MD to handle the company’s business daily work operation and driving the company's business development.
· First point of contact between MD and internal or external stakeholders.
· Work closely with all internal departments and coordinate business activities to ensure the smooth running of the business.
· Review, analyse and maintain overall company operation and expenses.
· Co-ordinate internal processes involving other business units for customer inquiries, review, evaluation and escalations, not limited to implementing new processes to improve workflow.
· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of MD if necessary.
· Able to innovate, process, analyse, review information, reports and presentations.
· Work with MD to plan, prioritize and schedule meetings according to requirements.
· Coordinate internal meeting arrangements, prepare and compile meeting materials (such as presentation decks, files, reports and other information) ahead of time. Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely submission of materials prior to the meeting.
· Attend external meetings / discussions with the MD and record minutes of meetings/discussion, including person's responsible for the follow-up action points and timeline for completion. Follow up with relevant parties and record progress of follow-up action items prior to the next meeting.
· Assist to conserve MD's time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as needed ahead of time.
· Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring and prioritising contacts, tasks, and projects for the MD.
· Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Job Requirements
· Strong logical thinking ability, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong ability to handle pressure, remain calm in high-pressure environments, and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
· Able to react quickly and take appropriate actions in urgent situations.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work with personnel within the company and external stakeholders
· Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Chinese.
