Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Setup and Installation:
- Responsible for setting up and installing equipment for manufacturing processes.
2. Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Perform both corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
3. Measurement Machine Performance and Capability:
- Establish and maintain measurement machine performance and capabilities to ensure accurate quality measurements.
4. Monitor process stability to detect and address any deviations early, ensuring consistent product quality.

5. GR&R and Correlation Studies:
- Conduct Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies and correlation studies to validate measurement systems.
6. ISO Documentation and QMS System Maintenance:
- Maintain ISO documentation and support the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience related to equipment or in QC related field
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of Statistical related tools and Measurement System Analysis
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Able to work overtime or during weekend (if necessary)
