- Assist with day to day HR functions and duties
- Handle partial recruitment, i.e. job posting, career fairs, schedule interviews for hiring managers, new hire's on-boarding and exit
- Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Prepare all HR documentations (e.g., employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.)
- Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the HR system
- Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
- Process work passes applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaises with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
- Assist in periodic work/performance review and appraisal exercises
- Handle monthly payroll computation and/or overtime
- Handle expenses reimbursement and daily petty cash claim
- Liaise with clinic for all medical examinations pertaining to employment
- Any other HR & ad hoc admin duties assigned; you may also be expected to take on other functions.
