Position: Event Manager
Location: Sungei Kadut Loop / Event Site
Working days and hours: 5 Days 9am - 6pm
Salary: $4500 to $5000
Responsibilities
- In-charge of planning, organising, and executing all events to engage new and existing clients.
- Handle pre and post event logistics. (E.g. setting up of event venue, arranging F&B vendors, sending out invitations, liaise with both internal and external parties, keeping track of inventory etc)
- Organise detailed event timelines
- Carry out hands on operations and coordination during the event
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in event management
- Able to handle project individually.
- Ability to lead a team
- Able to emcee
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Events Management, Public Relations or equivalent
