OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
Samsung Electronics Device Solutions is a global leader in Semiconductor industry. Our organization is seeking a talented industry professional to join us as the Sales Manager for Foundry team. The Incumbent will be a key member of the team to initiate and drive new commercial intiatives with our existing or new potential customers. Working with our head quarters counterparts and the regional team sales & technical team members, the incumbent will be our interface with the customer and all other internal stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seek new customers (Fabless semiconductor companies, companies requesting silicon on chip, etc)
- Customer account management
- Formulate Promotion & Sales strategy
- Identify target/focus customers
- Support customer design in activities (sample, technical advice, coordination of internal/external resources)
- Project management (schedule & requirements)
- Manage agent where needed
- Support new business themes with HOD
- Customer order management (PO & Price Quotations)
- NDA/contract management
- Demand planning based on forecast provided by customer
- Consensus with HQ/Agent on quantity allocation (RTF)
- Execution of sales strategy & achieving sales target
- Weekly and quaterly sales reports
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in microelectronics, communication engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in computer, microelectronics, electronics and electrical engineering
Experience, Skills and Key attributes :
- Past working experiences in Semiconductor fabrication or OSAT
- Candidates with foundry experiences are welcomed (foundry customers engineers/broad based knowledge foundry process/in depth particular process node)
- Self-learning on product technology & eco-system to execute sales strategic planning
- Proficient MS office
- Min 5 years of related experience
- Ability to sense & report market trend & provide forecast
- Remote handling of customers from various countries & culture to develop business.
- Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing process
- Good understanding of related eco-system
- Good communication skills & stakeholders management
- Positive attitude
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to understand & converse in Chinese is bonus
