Summary
You will be contributing to OneThreeOneFour by providing an amazing service to our couples. Your focus will be to build a positive relationship with our couples, from a lead to a client, and ensure smooth operations of photoshoots via planning and coordinating between clients and our team to deliver a positive experience.

From pre-weddings to post-wedding anniversary celebrations, we create unforgettable adventures for couples. We take care of all the nitty gritty details of their photoshoot, from gowns and suit rentals, to hair and make-up and transportation.
Requirements
· Possess a diploma in business/tourism/hospitality or a relevant field with at least 1 year experience in customer service.
· Detail oriented and organised
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to speak, read and write in Chinese language to communicate with Mandarin-speaking couples
· Able to speak, read and write in Korean language to communicate with vendors in Korea would be preferred
· Presentable and have a pleasant personality
· Can commit to work on weekends for the long-term
· Proficient in Google Workspace /Microsoft Office products (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
Responsibilities
· Actively pursuing sales leads by attending enquiries, consulting our services and following-up with leads
· Issuing invoices to clients, purchase orders to suppliers
· Building positive relationship with clients throughout the entire journey
· Collaborate with the production crew to ensure seamless planning and execution of photoshoots.
· Act as the main point of contact between clients and the production team.
· Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication to ensure a positive client experience.
· Manage and resolve client requests/complaints in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain accurate client, operations records in CRM and other systems
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
· Provide feedback to the production crew for ongoing improvements in service delivery.
· Propose and implement small enhancements to enhance the overall client experience.
